1. Overview & Mechanics

LaunchWars.lol is an open, transparent startup leaderboard. Rankings are determined entirely by the cumulative confirmed bid amount placed on a product URL. There are no algorithms, subjective curation, or guest judges.

2. Bidding & Spot Assignment

A minimum bid of $10 (USD) is required for initial placement, with all bids placed in multiples of $5 ($10, $15, $20, etc.). Subsequent upgrades must be at least $5 above the current cumulative bid. Rankings update only after verified payment confirmation from our payment processor. Bids do not guarantee a fixed position or traffic volume: another user may outbid your product at any time to claim higher ranking.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy

All payments made on LaunchWars.lol are strictly final and non-refundable. Placing a bid provides immediate rank calculation and placement on the departures board. Because digital placement is fulfilled instantly upon checkout, refunds and chargebacks are not permitted.

4. Prohibited Content & Moderation

You agree not to submit URLs that contain or promote:

• Malware, viruses, phishing, or deceptive software.
• Illegal goods, services, or fraudulent schemes.
• Pornography, explicit content, or hate speech.
• URL shorteners or redirect services intended to obfuscate the real destination.

Listings violating these guidelines will be removed or banned immediately without notice and without refund.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

LaunchWars.lol is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous uptime or specific click-through rates. In no event shall LaunchWars or its operators be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
